Before you cancel
- You can keep using Walmart+ and any Plus Up benefits until the end of your current term.
- If you cancel during a trial, Walmart may end the membership immediately; if it does, you lose the trial benefits right away. No refunds are issued.
- If you also cancel Plus Up benefits (such as InHome, the Paramount+ Premium plan or the Peacock Premium Plus plan), you can keep using them until the end of their term too.

Cancel on walmart.com
- Go to your walmart.com account.
- Select Walmart+.
- Select Manage membership.
- Select Manage beside Walmart+ plan.
- Select Cancel beside Cancel membership, then confirm.
Walmart may show you an offer or a "keep membership" option first. Choose to confirm the cancellation.
Cancel by phone
The Walmart+ Terms of Use list this Walmart Customer Care number for canceling.
- Call Walmart Customer Care at (800) 924-9206 and ask to cancel Walmart+.
Refunds and your final bill
- Walmart's terms say Walmart+ and Plus Up fees are non-refundable, except as set out in the terms or as required by law.
- Canceling during a trial: no refunds are issued.
