• No paid coverage. Companies can't pay to be included, left out, or described differently.
• Answer first. We never hide or delay cancellation instructions to keep you on the page or to show you something else.
• Factual tone. If a process is complicated, we describe it plainly. We don't claim a company is making it hard on purpose unless there is evidence.
• No personal advice. We explain how cancellation works. We don't give personal financial or legal advice.
• Advertising and affiliate links. The site currently has neither. If we add them, they will be clearly labeled, explained on a disclosure page, and will never change our instructions.
• Corrections. When we get something wrong, we fix it and update the guide's check date and change history.
