Good to know

Read your agreement

Gym and club agreements can set notice periods, annual fees or a specific way to cancel. Your signed agreement is the best record of what applies to you.

Keep proof

If you cancel in person, by mail or by phone, keep a written confirmation, a reference number or a mailing receipt.
