How to Cancel IPSY

Before you cancel
- Deadline: cancel by 11:59 PM PT on the 25th of the month to skip the upcoming month. After that, you'll receive next month's order, and the cancellation takes effect the month after.
- If you have more than one subscription (for example IPSY Original and Extra), cancel each one separately.
- IPSY Ultimate members need an active base membership to stay eligible for quarterly boxes.
How to cancel IPSY
Cancel on the IPSY website
- Log in to your IPSY account.
- Click Account in the top-right corner.
- Find your active subscription and select View Membership.
- Select Cancel Membership.
- Re-verify your account information when asked.
- Click Continue Cancellation.
IPSY shows a confirmation message on screen when you've canceled.
Common problems
I canceled but was charged again
If you canceled after the 25th, your membership continues for the upcoming month's order, and the cancellation takes effect the month after. If you canceled before the deadline and were still charged, contact IPSY's Care team.
Refunds and your final bill
- IPSY says it doesn't offer refunds, returns or exchanges, and there are no cancellations after an order is placed.
- If you cancel an annual membership, you keep receiving the orders you've prepaid and keep your membership benefits, and the membership won't renew for another year.
Make sure it worked
- Look for IPSY's cancellation confirmation message on screen.
- Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
- Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.
