How to Cancel HelloFresh

Log in to HelloFresh, click your name at the top right, then Account Settings. On the Plan settings page, scroll down and click Cancel Plan under Status, then follow the prompts. Do it by 11:59 pm PST, 5 days before your next delivery, or that box will still be charged.

Before you cancel

  • Cutoff: cancel by 11:59 pm PST, 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. HelloFresh can't process cancellations after the cutoff, and you're responsible for charges on orders already processed.
  • Skipping instead: if you only want a break, go to My Menu, select the delivery day(s) you want to skip and click Skip Week.
  • You can reactivate your account later.

Common problems

I canceled but still got charged for a box

If you canceled after the cutoff (11:59 pm PST, 5 days before delivery), that order was already processed. HelloFresh says you're responsible for charges on processed orders.

Make sure it worked

  • Look for HelloFresh's confirmation that your account has been canceled.
  • Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
  • Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.
