How to Cancel Factor

Log in to Factor, open Plan Settings, scroll to Status and click Deactivate My Plan. Click Cancel Anyway if you're offered alternatives, choose a reason and click Deactivate Now. To skip a delivery instead, do it by 11:59 pm PST, 5 days before that delivery.

Before you cancel

  • Factor calls canceling "deactivating" your plan. Factor says it pauses your deliveries indefinitely, and you can reactivate later.
  • Cutoff for skipping: 11:59 pm PST, 5 days before your delivery.
  • If you just want a break, you can skip deliveries instead.

How to cancel Factor

Cancel on the Factor website

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Plan Settings page.
  2. Scroll to the Status section and click Deactivate My Plan.
  3. Choose an option, or click Cancel Anyway if you're sure.
  4. Select your reason for canceling and click Deactivate Now.

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines at the top right.
  3. Go to Settings, then Personal Information.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Tap Continue to deactivate.

Common problems

I deactivated but a delivery still came

Factor's cancellation page doesn't give a deadline for deactivating. If a delivery arrived after you deactivated, contact Factor through its Help & FAQs page.

Make sure it worked

  • Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
  • Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.
