How to Cancel ClassPass

Before you cancel

- Canceling a trial is immediate, and you lose your credits and all scheduled classes. ClassPass suggests waiting until the last day of your trial if you want to keep using them.

Cancel on the ClassPass website
- Click your initial on the right-hand side of the page and select Account.
- Go to the Settings page from the menu on the left.
- Click the red Cancel your membership link.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Cancel in the ClassPass app
- Tap Profile at the bottom right.
- Select Settings.
- Under Billing, select Cancel my membership.
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Refunds and your final bill
- ClassPass says it doesn't refund months of membership or extra credit purchases (including top-up credits and add-on packs), and changes apply only to future billing cycles.
Make sure it worked
- ClassPass sends a cancellation confirmation email. If you don't receive it, ClassPass says your request was not received, so try again or contact support.
- Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
- Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.
