How to Cancel Adobe Creative Cloud

Before you cancel
- Annual plan, paid monthly: full refund if you cancel within 14 days. After that, Adobe charges an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining balance of the contract. For example, canceling in month 9 costs 50% of the fees for the 3 remaining months.
- Annual plan, prepaid: full refund within 14 days. After that, no refund if you cancel before the year ends.
- Monthly plan: Adobe shows the monthly-plan terms on its cancellation-terms page. Check them there before canceling.
- If you have more than one plan, cancel each one separately.
- You can't cancel while a payment is processing. Adobe says to wait 24 hours.
- After canceling you keep a free Creative Cloud membership, with 5 GB of cloud storage. If you're over 5 GB when you cancel, you have 30 days to move files out of cloud storage.
How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
Cancel on your Adobe account page
If you bought the plan from Adobe.
- Sign in to your Adobe account and open Plans and payment.
- Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel your plan.
- Check your plan details, then select Continue to cancel.
- Select the reason for canceling, then select Continue.
- Review the cancellation details, then select Confirm cancellation.
Check your email for Adobe's confirmation, or check your account page.
Cancel through Apple
If you bought the plan through Apple, follow Apple's process.
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Adobe subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel through Google Play
If you bought the plan through Google Play, follow Google's process.
- Open subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the Adobe subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

If you bought your Adobe plan through Apple, Google Play or Microsoft, Adobe says to follow that company's cancellation process.
