How to Cancel Canva

Quick answer
On the Canva website, select your profile, then Settings > Billing, and on your plan select Cancel plan. Continue through the prompts and select Cancel subscription. You keep paid features until the end of your billing period. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, cancel there.

Before you cancel
- You keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your designs stay, and your account continues on Canva Free.
- You can pause a Canva Pro, Teams or Business plan for up to 3 months instead.
- Canceling Canva Teams is permanent. You won't be able to resubscribe to Teams.
- Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel your plan.
How to cancel Canva
Cancel on the Canva website
- Log in to the right Canva account or team.
- On the homepage, select your account profile to open the menu.
- Select Settings, then go to Billing.
- On your plan, select Cancel plan.
- Select Continue cancellation.
- Choose why you want to cancel, then select Continue cancellation.
- Select Cancel subscription.
Cancel through Apple (iPhone or iPad)
If you subscribed in the Canva app on an iPhone or iPad, cancel in your device settings, not in Canva.
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Canva, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel through Google Play (Android)
If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in Google Play, not in Canva.
- Open subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select Canva.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Common problems
I canceled but I'm still being charged
Canva says you may have more than one Canva account. Search your email for Canva billing emails to find the other account, and cancel it too.
I don't see my plan in Billing
Make sure you're logged in to the right Canva account or team. If you subscribed in the mobile app, cancel through Apple or Google Play.
Make sure it worked
- Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
- Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.

No. Your designs stay and your account continues on Canva Free.
Can I pause Canva instead?
