How to Cancel Grammarly

Sign in at account.grammarly.com, open the Account tab, then Your account > Subscription, click Cancel Subscription, then Continue, choose a reason and click Cancel Subscription again. You keep paid features until the end of your current period. If Apple bills you, cancel through Apple.

How to cancel Grammarly

Cancel on your Grammarly account

On a phone, use account.grammarly.com in your browser.

  1. Sign in to your account and click the Account tab in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Your account, then Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
  4. In the window that appears, click Continue.
  5. Choose a reason for canceling and click Cancel Subscription.

If you subscribed through the App Store.

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Grammarly, then Cancel Subscription.

Ask Grammarly support to cancel by email

If you can't cancel in your account, Grammarly's terms say to contact its support team for help.

  1. Email care@superhuman.com (Grammarly is part of Superhuman) asking them to cancel your subscription.
  2. Include your name and the email address on your Grammarly account.

Your subscription isn't canceled until Grammarly confirms it. If Apple bills you, cancel through Apple instead.

  • By email: care@superhuman.com. The email is sent from your own account, so you keep a copy in your Sent folder. Grammarly offers this address for help with cancelling, so wait for their reply confirming it's done.
  • Keep a copy of your email and proof of when you sent it.
