Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. If you subscribed in-app on an iPhone or Android phone, cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store instead.

How to cancel Aura

Cancel on the Aura website

For memberships bought on Aura.com.

  1. Sign in to your Aura account.
  2. Click the gear wheel in the top right corner and go to the Membership section.
  3. Click Cancel Membership, then select Cancel Online.
  4. Follow the prompts and confirm your cancellation. You'll be asked to choose a reason.

Cancel in the Aura app

  1. Open the Aura app and tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Your Account & Settings, then the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Cancel My Subscription and tap Continue to Aura.
  4. Sign in, then on the Membership page tap Cancel Membership.

Cancel through the Apple App Store (iPhone)

For in-app subscriptions bought on an iPhone.

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions and select Aura: Security & Protection.
  3. Tap Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Plan, and confirm your cancellation.

Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.

For in-app subscriptions bought on an Android phone.

  1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
  2. Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Aura: Security & Protection and tap Cancel Subscription.
  4. Follow the steps and confirm.

Your subscription stays active until your billing cycle ends.

Aura says that if your cancellation was completed after a payment had already been processed, the charge may still appear on your account. If you're within 60 days of an eligible annual purchase, call 1-833-552-2123 about a refund.
