Cancel online on myFICO's My Subscriptions page, in the iOS or Android app (More tab > Subscription), or by calling 1-800-319-4433. Cancel before your subscription period ends, or it renews automatically.

Before you cancel
- Timing: if you don't cancel before the end of your subscription period, it automatically renews (annually, quarterly or monthly, depending on your initial subscription period) at the then-current price.
- Pausing: many newer myFICO paid subscriptions can be paused from the Subscription & billing page in the User Menu. You aren't billed while paused, and you can still see your account and existing credit and score data.
How to cancel myFICO
Cancel on the myFICO website
- Sign in to myFICO and open the My Subscriptions page.
- Cancel your subscription there.
Cancel in the myFICO app (iOS or Android)
- Open the myFICO app and go to the More tab.
- Open the Subscription screen and cancel.
Cancel by phone
- Call 1-800-319-4433: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, or Saturday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PT.
Make sure it worked
- Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
- Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.
