Before you cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription term, free trial or promotion. If your subscription term covers several billing periods, the agreement says you are billed for any remaining billing periods in that term.
- You can cancel a free trial at any time before it ends.
- If you signed up for a Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle through Disney+, manage the bundle through Disney+.

- Go to disneyplus.com/account/cancel-subscription.
- Log in if asked.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Billed by someone else?
If you subscribed to Disney+ through another company, Disney+'s terms say to use that company's help center for instructions on how to cancel.

I can't find a cancel option
You may have subscribed through another company or through a bundle. Cancel with the company that bills you, or manage a Disney+ bundle through the service you signed up with.
Refunds and your final bill
- The Disney+ subscriber agreement says it does not refund or credit partly used subscription periods, except as required by law, although it may do so case by case.
Make sure it worked
- Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
- Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.
