How to Cancel Peacock

Quick answer
Log in to your Peacock account's plans page and select Cancel All Subscriptions, then follow the prompts. Your plan won't renew at the end of its current term. If another company bills you for Peacock, you have to cancel with that company.

Before you cancel
- Cancel All Subscriptions cancels your base plan and any add-ons. To remove only an add-on, select it and choose Remove Add-On.
- Peacock shows a confirmation on screen and sends a confirmation email, which may take a few hours to arrive.
How to cancel Peacock
Cancel on the Peacock website
Use this if Peacock bills you directly.
- Log in to your Peacock account and open your plans page.
- Select Cancel All Subscriptions.
- Follow the prompts until you see the confirmation message.
Cancel through Apple (iPhone or iPad)
Use this if Apple bills you for Peacock.
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Peacock.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down.
Cancel through Google Play (Android)
Use this if Google Play bills you for Peacock.
- Open subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select Peacock.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Billed by someone else?
If you subscribed through another company, Peacock says you must contact that company directly to cancel.
- To see how you're billed, log in and check the Payment Method section under the Subscriptions tab.
- Partners Peacock lists include Amazon, Apple, DIRECTV (satellite and Stream), Google Play, Roku, Spectrum, Verizon, Xfinity and Xumo TV.
Common problems
I canceled but didn't get an email
The confirmation email can take a few hours. Peacock also shows a confirmation message on screen when you cancel.
I can't cancel on the Peacock website
Check who bills you: log in to Peacock and look at the Payment Method section under the Subscriptions tab. If another company bills you, contact that company to cancel.
Refunds and your final bill
- Peacock says no refunds or credits are issued when you cancel or downgrade Peacock Premium or Premium Plus, unless required by law.
Make sure it worked
- Look for the confirmation message on screen and Peacock's confirmation email.
- Keep the confirmation email, a screenshot of the confirmation screen, or any reference number.
- Check your next card or bank statement to confirm the charge has stopped.
